Katrina Jazayeri, co-owner of Juliet + Company, is a designer, builder, and restaurateur, who uses personal interaction and natural hospitality to encourage alternative ways of looking and working, and to create social change. She is the restaurant groups primary Wine Commander, and overseer of Set Design. Generally preferring the workshop, wine cellar, or dining room to the office, Katrina’s handiwork is on display throughout the Juliet universe.

Josh lewin
founder/shaper

Josh is a cook, accidental entrepreneur, and full of stories for another day. With Katrina’s help, Josh looks at the restaurant as a stage, and a meal as an immersive look behind the scenes of everything that goes into creating it, and everything that might be after it. A cook since 14 years old Josh is focused on transferring knowledge and skills, and empowering a team to take action, and to do more with less, for collective benefit. For of Juliet, Josh is responsible for making sure things look and feel bigger, broader, and more connected to each other in an ever expanding world of possibilities.
