Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in a comfortable yet professional environment Juliet is a place for the owners of Bread + Salt to interact on a daily basis with the Union Square community through food and hospitality.  Cultivating an environment  that celebrates excellent service to both guests and staff, Juliet strives to be a place offering  a healthy work  environment, career  progression, and fair wage practices. Prices at Juliet are inclusive of service and staff are  offered profit sharing incentive in lieu of any compulsory tipping.
